Established a new presence for this large commercial post-production company engineering and overseeing the move, expansion, and redesign of their New York office and technological infrastructure. Managed the operation of the New York office which employed 7 full time editors and 25 full time support staff.

A boutique commercial editorial facility made possible by and building upon emerging digital technological advances developed at Spin Cycle Post that made it possible for smaller digitally oriented facilities to compete with the larger and better established video-tape-based post production houses.

A post-production facility pioneering new digital editing technologies for feature films. I served as business manager, principal supervising editor, and chief technology officer for 7 years during which the company grew to 25 employees, 12 digital editing suites, and a Foley and ADR recording studio.
