The Pelotown logo, unique brightly colored bags, the App, and the website, comprise a highly visible branded system designed to encourage community and healthy lifestyles, while engaging with and improving the infrastructure of the successful Citibike bike share system while addressing the publics four most common complaints:  lack of available bikes, lack of available bike parking spots, (known as “rebalancing”), the odd shape and poor function of the “basket”, and finally the general sense that biking in New York City is intimidating and dangerous.
